We process information needed to provide the product, including account and contact details, project materials, survey drafts, review comments, respondent links, survey responses, exports, support communications, and technical logs.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate NquiRx, manage access to company and project workspaces, support survey design and review workflows, generate and manage respondent materials, provide support, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Respondent Information

Respondent responses are used for research purposes in the context of the applicable study. Respondents should not include identifiable patient information, personal health information, or confidential third-party information unless the study sponsor has explicitly authorized that collection and the required agreements and notices are in place.

Sharing

We may share information with the customer or project team that controls the study, service providers who help us operate NquiRx, and others when required by law, needed to protect rights or security, or approved by the relevant customer.

Safeguards And Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the current stage of the product, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

We retain information as needed to provide NquiRx, support customer work, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements. Customers may contact us about access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
