Trust

Built for careful market research workflows.

NquiRx is built for tightly supported market research workflows where access control, respondent privacy, and careful human review matter.

Current Trust Posture

  • Authenticated operator access for product workspaces.
  • Company and project access boundaries for customer work.
  • Role-aware project collaboration where supported.
  • Link-based respondent and stakeholder workflows for specific review or survey tasks.
  • Respondent-facing privacy and consent language in generated survey flows.
  • Healthcare market-research workflow support designed to align with applicable ESOMAR, EPHMRA, and BHBIA standards.
  • Export and artifact handling for project owners and authorized operators.
  • Pilot support and incident handling through agreed customer contact paths.

Respondent Privacy

NquiRx is designed to avoid unnecessary collection of sensitive respondent information. Survey respondents are instructed not to share identifiable patient information, personal health information, or confidential third-party data unless the applicable study has explicitly approved that collection.

Healthcare Market Research Standards

NquiRx supports healthcare market-research workflows designed to align with applicable ESOMAR, EPHMRA, and BHBIA standards where applicable, including respondent consent flows for HCP, adult patient/caregiver, payer, and other study-specific respondent groups. Customers remain responsible for study-specific compliance, approvals, respondent recruitment obligations, and legal review.

Access And Operations

We use access controls, hosted authentication, scoped project checks, deployment separation, and operational review practices appropriate for current customer deployments. We do not publish infrastructure details that could weaken security.

Customer Commitments

Customer-specific security, privacy, data-processing, availability, and compliance commitments are documented in the applicable written agreement. We are happy to discuss pilot-specific requirements during customer review.

Contact

Security, privacy, and support concerns are handled through the contact path provided in the applicable customer agreement or pilot onboarding materials. We review reports and communicate with affected customers as appropriate.
