Product Use
NquiRx is software and related support for market research workflow planning, survey drafting, review, launch preparation, respondent handling, and results review.
By using NquiRx, you agree to use it only for lawful research and business purposes. You are responsible for the study materials, respondent instructions, survey content, legal text, privacy notices, approvals, and exports you create or upload.
Human Review
NquiRx does not provide legal, medical, regulatory, compliance, or market research methodology advice. AI-assisted outputs and generated materials must be reviewed and approved by qualified humans before use.
Sensitive Information
You may not use NquiRx to collect personal health information, patient-identifiable information, or other sensitive personal information unless you have confirmed that the collection is lawful, authorized, covered by the required agreements, and approved for the specific study.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for ensuring that only authorized users access your company, project, and review materials.
Ownership
You retain rights to the customer materials you provide. NquiRx LLC retains rights to the NquiRx product, software, workflows, templates, designs, documentation, and underlying technology. We may process customer materials as needed to provide and support the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe or attack systems, upload malicious content, infringe third-party rights, or use NquiRx in a way that could harm respondents, customers, or the service.
Customer Agreements
Pilot support, availability, warranties, liability limits, commercial terms, and any service-level commitments are governed by a separate written agreement when applicable. No public page creates a service commitment unless expressly stated in that written agreement.
